STCI Field House Cycle – Jan 2022

Pricing and location details:

• Field House track
• 1.5 hour ride 7:30 – 9 am
• 8 Saturdays:  Jan8 – Mar26
  • NO CLASS on the following dates:  JAN15, JAN29, FEB12, MAR19
• A registration package to suit you:
  • $66 for all 8 sessions
  • $50 for a 5 pack
  • $15 per drop-in

Cycle Rules:

• COVID rules must be agreed and adhered to
• Helmets are mandatory
• Mountain, road and tri bikes are acceptable. Aerobars must be plugged
• Counter clockwise for 45min, then clockwise thereafter
• Inner lanes for slower riders
• Lane one available for runners (opposite direction to cyclists)

Requirements:

• The program is open to STCI club members ages 15+
• Participants do not need to have completed any previous triathlon training or races
• Current membership in STCI and STAC is required*
