Run on the beautiful Meewasin Trail.
Cycle on Spadina Crescent (closed course), tackling the hill on Ravine Drive.
Run again on the beautiful Meewasin Trail.
Transition Area in the Parking lot at the Meewasin Warm-Up Hut.
Open to all levels of ability and experience.
