SpinDoctor
The SpinDoctor is hosting a training class for Saskatoon Triathlon
Club members only. Saturdays 8:30-9:30 am, January 6 to March 23. 10 spots on a first come first served basis.
In these sessions, you will ride your own bike on our Wahoo Snap Kickr trainers. The trainer is connected via WIFI to PerfPro which controls the resistance to your trainer. If you have a cadence and/or heart rate monitor, they too will be displayed for you. The workout is projected onto a large screen so you can see the workout and what you are doing.
Everyone will be doing the same workout but working at their own level as determined by your functional threshold of power (FTP). Don’t worry we got you on this!
This is a fun, welcoming, friendly environment. Sarah Robbins is our certified head coach, a highly accomplished triathlete, who plans all the workouts. You will interact with several of our coaches who are accomplished bike enthusiasts themselves.
Needed for the session:

FAQs
- Where is the SpinDoctor studio?
The after-hours entrance is adjacent to the main entrance, up the stairwell (625 Main Street). Arrive early to get set up
- Can I change clothes in the studio?
There is a place to change, a cubby for your belongings and a washroom.
- I don’t have all the equipment but I want to join. What do I do?
Visit Bike Doctor and our staff will help you get set up with a trainer tire and everything else you need
- What happens if I don’t have a cadence sensor or a heart rate monitor?
Cadence and heart rate are good indicators to have when riding a bike and can help us paint a full picture of your experience when doing the workouts. These items are good to have but not mandatory. Our coach will work with you to have a great workout even if you don’t have these.
